What are we doing?

In order to achieve this great challenge of transforming a nation, change needs to take place at the heart of the country. The people. Young people, to be precise.



CHANGE aims to help graduates become high quality work force to transform Malaysia into a High Income Nation as stipulated in the Economic Transformation Program. Most importantly, CHANGE aims to improve graduates' outlook and perspective on working towards career enhancement through professional development and not be solely driven by the desire to 'salary-compete' with peers with low regards to developing self value within the first few years of work.  



Why?

 

CHANGE was initiated through the observations made during job selection process where many local graduates performed poorly and failed to secure the job due to poor self presentation and the lack of any noticeable attributes that would convince prospective employers on their value that could prove to be an asset to the company.

Heightened by the motivation to develop the country into what it was meant to be by 2020, the team members felt that drastic measures needed to be executed immediately should we expect to reach this end goal. Many mentions of providing high quality work force in Malaysia provided CHANGE's team with the desire to help the country achieve this goal. The Economic Transformation Program aims to transform Malaysia into a High Income Nation, and as a youth organization, CHANGE feels that Youth Empowering Youth is the solution.

And once we have got you on your feet, the CHANGE team will connect you to the broad network of its Alumni and professional support to enable you to progress in your career. Continuous Development



Our network of Associates will continuously work with employers to monitor the progress of our graduates. Any further support required by the graduate can be obtained through CHANGE's Continuous Development program. Never feel like you are on your own. CHANGE wants to be the one place where graduates can come to to help them further progress professionally.



And did we mention? This program is completely free of charge! All you have to do is register before hand as selection is based on availability of places for each program batches. What have you got to lose?
