Submit your CV here. Once we have received your CV, we will send it out to be reviewed by at least two different professionals. They will gauge your CV based on various criteria. One of the evaluators will be assigned to personally assist you in improving your CV



Mock Interview

 

We conduct mock phone interviews and in-person interviews, depending on your needs. We will analyze the profile of the company you are applying for and provide interviewers matching the profile to closely simulate your upcoming interview.


The Program

 

​This 3-stage training system is aimed to provide long term solution to produce high quality work force. The three stages are:
1. Pre-Interview
2. Empowerment
3. Continuous Development



The Three Stages of CHANGE​, Engineered

 

Pre-Interview

 

​​​CHANGE Associates will begin background study on the companies the graduates intend to pursue. This is to provide us with substantial and high quality interviewing materials when its time for the graduates to participate in our mock interview sessions. During this time, we will also do background assessment on these graduates so that we know what are their capabilities, strength and weaknesses. All this information will be utilized during the Empowerment stage of the program.



Empowerment



During this stage of the program, graduates will be taken through two weekends (two sessions) of our Empowerment program where graduates' critical areas will be identified and rectified. They will be be acquainted with our team of highly qualified and gritty Associates who will help them to develop a stronger drive to excel in their respective fields. Graduates will be trained to hone their soft skills, interviewing skills, presentation skills and general self presentation.​



Continuous Development

 

At this stage of the program, graduates will have access to our network of companies and ready to take on job hunting seriously with the right mind set. Once a graduate have secured a job, their performance with their respective companies will be monitored by CHANGE's Associates to ensure that the program is successful in providing long term solution. Companies who think their employees could use further training are welcomed to have their employees return to CHANGE for further learning and empowerment. Through this network of professional connections, graduates will have a strong support system to help them excel in their jobs and develop a strong and keen interest in promoting sustainable development to transform the country into becoming a High Income Nation.
