Nobody wants to be stagnant in one place for too long. Unless you prove yourself to be worth that promotion, you will most likely be in the same place for years! Nobody wants that. It is important that graduates realize that their first few years is the critical period of their career where they need to truly work hard to develop their own self worth, obtain the critical skills that would make them an asset to the company.

This will undoubtedly prep you up for further career enhancement, maybe from an Assistant Project Engineer, to become Project Engineer within the first year? Or even eventually be in charge of your own project and department! But in order to get there, you must first prove to employers that you have what it takes to take on that role. Remember, with great power, comes great responsibility!

CHANGE promotes professional development within each and everyone of us. Every industry has its own institutions or organization that promotes professional development. Why stop at being an engineer, if you can be a Professional Engineer, or a doctor to become a Specialist. CHANGE wants you to become MORE than what you think you can be.
