Engr. Wan Muhammad Djawad Wan Dzahanurin, GIEM, AMIMechE
Director / Co-Founder

Wan Djawad is currently the General Manager at Giant Shield Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., an engineering consultation firm specializing in lifting equipment. Among his responsibilities are to interview and evaluate engineering graduates applying for an opening at his company. Wan Djawad was a recipient of the prestigious Chevening Scholarship, the flagship UK government scholaship program. He is currently an active committee member of the Chevening Alumni Malaysia Association and a committee member of the Young Members Section of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers. He was also the Committee Member of the U.S Embassy Public Affairs Department Alumni where he continuously work with young people to expand cultural horizon through his experience as a recipient of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study Scholarship. A passionate speaker, Wan Djawad enjoys the occasional invitation by universities to deliver talks to young students and fellow engineers alike, locally and internationally.On weekends he teaches music to refugee children at a local refugee school in Kuala Lumpur. During his free time, he is an avid rock climber and loves trekking up mountains and hunting for waterfalls.

An avid researcher, Nico Abel graduated with Summa Cum Laude (With Highest Honors) from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York in Biotechnology. He was also a recipient of David M Baldwin Memorial Scholarship from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently studying for his MSc at The University College of London. Nico have always been passionate about the education system and the Malaysian graduates quality. As a strong and pursuant volunteer, it is his second nature to reach out to young people to offer his help and advise for them to achieve whatever it is that they desire, be it in education or personal development.
Wong You Wei

Wong You Wei is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional. An exceptional student, he secured scholarships for both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. He is currently a full time researcher for Uniten working in Universiti Tenaga Nasional on areas of iron oxide and metallurgy. Wong is inspired to contribute to sustainable development with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. He was the Director of Career Unit of Universiti Tenaga Nasional, guiding students in securing jobs post graduation.
Dr. Anis Nabillah Mohd Azli

Anis is our resident Doctor. She is currently serving as the committee member of the Malaysian Medical Association. She was also the Head of Medical Team for the previous Melaka Green Lung Carnival. Although the schedule of a medical student is highly demanding, Anis doesn't let it stop her from pursuing her passion in performing social and community works that would impact the greater public. Focusing her energy in several medical related associations, she is mostly proud of her work with the Standing Committee of Reproductive Health/AIDS (SCORA) Malaysia where she serves as the National Member Organization (NMO).

Jonathan is a digital & social media marketer with a passion for personal development. A graduate in International Business, he strongly believes that the only thing that sets organizations apart in today's ever changing world are the people.
Having worked with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies from all around the world, he has a keen sense of business acumen and a desire to study successful organizations and work on replicating their qualities.
Jonathan is currently attached to a Mobile and Internet Media agency working on the country's first ever online cloud music streaming subscription service.
When he is not on his computer monitoring Facebook trends or watching Apple Keynotes, he is most probably at a local gig enjoying live music over a glass of scotch.
Wong Wei Jiat is the Indiana Jones of CHANGE. An avid traveler, he has been to almost every part of the Europe and Asian Continent. He holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland. In Ireland, he served as the President at the Malaysian Student Society Northern Ireland. He also have had four years of Officers Training in the British Army. Recognizing his technical capabilities and critical thinking skills, Wong Wei Jiat was drafted by the Citi Group while in the UK where he lived for seven years. He is currently engaged with Citibank in Malaysia as a Management Associate, overseeing the operations of the finance division. As they say, an Engineer can be anything they set out to be!
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Chou Yong, PhD, CEng, AMIMechE

Dr. Tan Chou Yong, an Associate Professor, is currently serving the Department of Manufacture & Engineering Design in University of Malaya. A PhD graduate from University of Malaya in 2008, his research interests includes nanomaterials, bioceramics, fuel cells technology and magnetic materials. To date, he has published more than 70 technical papers. He has also completed his supervision on 2 PhD students and 9 Masters by Research students. In addition, Dr. Tan has also won about 20 awards at numerous international/national exhibitions pertaining to his research work. He is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council UK and is a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), UK. On top of that, he is currently serving as the Chairman of Young Member Section (YMS) for Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE, UK) Malaysia Branch.
