We have all heard about how Malaysian finest, the millennial, the young people of this nation, are unfortunately failing to project the firm confidence that we as a community of young people, are capable of leading on the country once our predecessors pass the baton to us. Why? For the simple reason that we do not communicate well. The flair in communication can very well be the turning point in an interview where jobseekers are given the opportunity to convince employers that they have what it takes beyond what is on paper to land the job desired.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the case...

Ministry aims to cut new graduates unemployment


KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 12 — The Higher Education Ministry has implemented the Student Marketability Programme, which set a target to secure suitable employment within six months for at least 75 per cent of new graduates.

CHANGE, Engineered will be launching a crowdfunding inititative with the support of the UK Government through the British High Commission. Stay tuned!
