Many of them is performing at a less than desirable level during job interviews and even after hiring which is making local graduates seem less and less attractive. Lets change that.



Help us by providing your technical expertise to open the eyes of these graduates on how it is really like in the working world. What is expected of them and what can they expect once they are hired. Help them understand the reality of a working environment so that they can plan their career path in more detail. This will help companies save money in the long term when recent hires no longer waste company resources in training them etc. just to find them packing after only a few months to the next company that offers a slightly higher pay. 



By giving these graduates the real idea of what is expected of them, companies can rest assure that they know, these graduates will work harder to achieve the goals that they have set up for themselves to turn themselves into an asset for the company by bringing value to the table. 



Professional Networking

 

CHANGE aims to develop a broad base of professional network so that we can together continuously monitor the growth of graduates who are recently hired. Performance of each graduate who have undergone our program is to be monitored and should companies feel that they are not performing as well as they should, they can be sent back to CHANGE for further training. Completely free of charge. CHANGE do not accept payment for any services rendered. However, we do not wish to be an outsourcing correctional facility, per se. In house regulation is always the best way to promote employees performance. CHANGE can only hope that by putting these graduates in an environment where they can be inspired by fellow peers of the same age, they too can be motivated to improve their performance at the workplace.
